Refugee ran to DWL~A

This player was claimed by one of our members. While I was going through checking claim status I see that he had joined DWL's academy. He most likely did not identify he was under attack by NWL and thought maybe he could run to one of our family's academy's to escape defeat. I know our generally accepted rule is refugees will not be accepted into any of the tribes. Wanted to inform you of this matter and I have asked my member to wait until I hear back from you on his attacks.
